Solace started in a small apartment kitchen with a 250-gram sample roaster and one rule: never sell coffee we wouldn't drink the next morning. Three years in, the rule still holds. We don't sell blends. We don't sell anything older than two weeks off the roast. And we put every farmer's name on every bag.
We work directly with importers who pay above Fair Trade minimums and visit the farms we source from at least once a year.
