Help & info.
Everything practical in one place. If it's not answered here, write to us — a person reads every message.
Shipping
We roast Monday and Tuesday, and every order ships within 48 hours of roasting — that's the whole point. Domestic orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Orders over $50 ship free; otherwise shipping is a flat $6.
Every shipment includes the roast date on the bag. If your coffee is more than five days off roast when it ships, we'll tell you and offer the next batch instead.
Returns & exchanges
Coffee is perishable, so we don't accept returns — but if a bag arrives damaged, stale, or just isn't what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. No forms, no photographs of the bag required. We'd rather trust you.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 — delivered by email with a small note from you, redeemable on anything in the shop including subscriptions. Write to us at [email protected] and we'll set one up the same day.
Brewing gear
We're curating a small line of brewing equipment — a dripper, a kettle, and a scale we actually use at the roastery, nothing more. It launches later this year. Until then, our brewing guide covers what to do with whatever you already own.
Common questions
How fresh is the coffee, really? — Roasted within 5 days of shipping, always. The roast date is printed on every bag.
Whole bean or ground? — We recommend whole bean, but we'll grind for espresso, filter, or French press at no charge. Choose at checkout.
Can I pause my subscription? — Anytime, from your account. Skip a delivery, change origins, or cancel — no emails required, no guilt trip administered.
Do you ship internationally? — Not yet. Freshness is our whole promise, and we won't ship anywhere we can't keep it.
